Linda Jacobs Associate Broker, Realtor, CRS, ABR, ASP, GRI, SHS Multi-Million Dollar Producer 2002, 2004-2007 CENTURY 21 Quality Service Producer Award I am an Associate Broker and have been a Realtor September 2000.  I have earned my Certified residential Specialist (CRS) designation.  Less than 4% of realtors in the nation have this prestigious designation.  To earn the CRS designation, a Realtor must achieve a minimum amount of sales volume and continuing education requirements.  I have also achieved my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designations.  I have amassed over 500 clock hours of continuing real estate education since Septmeber 2000.  I feel that my extensive continuing education allows me to provide high quality service and professionalism to my clients.  I am a multi-million dollar producer and have received the  CENTURY 21 Quality Service Producer Award five times in six years (2002, 2004-2007).  This award goes to agents with at least 80% or more of their Quality Service Surveys returned by past clients rating the agent's service as either "Very Good" or "Outstanding".   I have earned these awards with a score of no less than 97%.
